In the current version of the OpenRPC parser, clicking the method link doesn't make the sidebar scroll all the way up to the top, but it does refresh the sidebar, moving it so that the clicked link is at the top of the sidebar. The expected behavior consistent with the rest of the site would be that the sidebar remains static and only the doc page refreshes.
