If one network is enabled on an EVM account and switching to Solana account and deleting that network, then the Portfolio nnetwork Manager displays No Network selected

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable one single network
2. Switch to Solana account
3. delete the network from step 1
4. Switch back to EVM account
5. Notice Portfolio Network Manager displays No networks Selected
