[Bug]: Cannot delete the last added network in the enabled networks list #34457

Describe the bug
When there are multiple networks in the enabled networks list and you select an additional one, the last enabled network cannot be deleted even when there are other networks selected on the list.
Expected behavior
When there are multiple networks selected it should be possible to delete any of the selected networks as long as it is not the only one selected network that remains

- Enable a few networks in the enabled networks modal
- Try to delete the last selected network
