[Bug]: upgrading extension from 13.5.0 to 13.6.0 fails

Describe the bug

When I upgrade the Extension from 13.5.0 to 13.6.0 it spilts into two different extensions, one it's not working and the other is one is working but it's reset and account need to be create/imorted from scratch.
