Choosing "Manage Permissions" button on the first dapp permission screen just repeats redundant information by navigating to the Accounts tab of the full permissions view. This is essentially too similar to the other navigation option to "Connect more accounts".
Expected behavior
Choosing "Manage Permissions" button should navigate to the permissions with the "Permissions" tab active instead.

Go to the in-app browser
Connect to a dapp
Once successfully connected, tap the account icon in the top right to see the permissions view, which shows "Connect more accounts" and "Manage Permissions" navigation options at the bottom
Choose "Manage Permissions"
