[Bug]: When connecting and globally selected network is not permissioned we need to auto switch to a permissioned network

Describe the bug

Small bug since we've refactored the Connection UI for Multichain + added per dapp selected network

Essentially we need to auto switch the dapp selected network to a permissioned network if in the connection flow the user does not grant permission to the current globally selected network.

Expected behavior

We should auto switch to a permissioned network (as we do in extension in this flow)

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to dapp
2. Edit Network permissions
3. Deselect Network that is Globally Selected
4. Issue: Dapp selected network shows global network

THEN Switch to permitted network

[mobularay]

Not a Sev1 and not a release blocker to Solana Mobile Dapp Connectivity work as it's a niche enough case. It's an ugly UX for EVM flows, not for Solana flows.
Should be considered as a fast-follow.
