[Bug]: Unable to edit gas fee for values smaller than 1

Describe the bug

When editing the gas fees for a transaction, it is not possible to type a value smaller than 1 due to message Fee must be greater than 0

This issue can be avoided on Android by using symbol. instead of , for values under 1.

The workaround on iOS is to paste the value with . symbol instead of ,

Expected behavior

Be able to edit gas fee for all decimal values

1. Start send transaction
2. Edit network fee
3. Advanced network fee
4. Type a decimal value between 0 and 1 for Max Base fee and Priority fee
5. Notice error message

iOS has only a period (".") available on the keypad in version 7.60.2.

On 7.61.0 (3236) iOS: has only comma , available
Because there is no period . available on the keyboard, the gas fee cannot be edited

Hi @DanielTech21 using iPhone 15, OS verison 18.6.2, in v 7.60.2, I still cannot see period . symbol on the keyboard.

What device model are you using? Maybe it's device specific?
