[Bug]: Fund your wallet banner displayed on Solana network for accounts with funds

Describe the bug

On Solana network, even if the accounts have funds, the Fund your wallet to get started in web3 message is displayed and Add funds button.

This does not happen for EVM accounts.

Expected behavior

Fund your wallet to get started in web3 to be displayed only for Solana accounts with no funds, same as for EVM
