Describe the bug

When you goto settings then to networks, click on custom networks and try to add a RPC URL. You will notice that the button to submit doesn't exist unless you scroll in a tiny window to find it

Expected behavior

Easy to spot the save button when saving RPC URLs

1. Goto Settings
2. Goto Networks
3. Click on Add Custom Network
4. You will see a form to add a custom network
5. Click add RPC URL
