What is this about?
This ticket will be a spike to answer the following questions for a longer term effort of enabling LavaMoat runtime:
- Can new Hermes Static AKA Hermes v1 be used without setting up a react native project and running an emulator, but through cli, like he old one did? Is there a distribution channel?
- What globals or imports are made available to expose the native functionality to JavaScript running inside of Hermes? How is the "new architecture" communicating with the outside native world?
