Print if a jester is in the round in chat

Currently, if there is a Defective role, it is announced in the middle of the screen as well as in chat so that it can be referred back to later.

The prescence of a Jester is only shown once in a notification at the start of the round; it should also be printed to chat to be referred to later in the round.

Maybe it could be useful to reveal any/all type of known special roles during a round in a HUD element?

For example; Defective/Jester icons under the round timer.
