[STV] Support of input of Waku Waku Shinkansen (J 971031 V0.002)

New game added lately on Mame named Waku Waku Shinkansen (J 971031 V0.002)

SW1, SW2 and SW3 are mapped to buttons
But ACCELL and BRAKE seems to be analogue controls (?) and don't seem to work.

Analog controls have not been added to the core yet.

Do you have any technical info on how it works and how it is connected?

Not the the moment.
I will inform you if Mame/Mednafen implement it or if I found the information.
