[QUESTION] optimal chdman parameters

I have heard that the following chdman parameters are ideal for PSX:
-c cdzs,cdfl -hs 9792

Would these also be the best settings to use for generating CHDs for Saturn discs that are CHDv5-compatible (not these)?
