[ST-V] Groove on Fight // Color bar flashing during the Please Wait + ATLUS logo when starting the game

A user on Discord (cavenoire) informed us about an issue.

A quick flashing bar on the left side of the screen is appearing during the Please Wait + ATLUS logo screen.

I can reproduce the issue, that started between core versions ST-V_20250519 (which isn't affected) & ST-V_20250611 (that have that issue appears).

I see it on build 20250224.

For my part, I tested all unstable versions of the ST-V core (single RAM) last night and recorded them.

I can't see or reproduce it at all until the 2025-06-11 release.
And it appears every time since that release.

I can confirm that the last version without this issue for me was 2025-05-19.

I've also seen real hardware captures with a multi-card system; you don't see these bars on the screen.

I'll ask the user if the results are the same on their end later.

From build 20250519 and earlier, the glitch is smaller and more noticeable in the lower left corner. This is definitely a problem in the core.
