dos2unix ./node_modules/@progresso/openapi-typescript-client-api-generator/bin/generator

This is issue is caused by invalid line endings. Using git config to always use LF line endings instead of CRLF this issue can be prevented.

Changing line endings in the bin/generator file works but manually editing files in node_modules is not great.
