[ER]: When triggering an Event, keep tabs on Jobs created as a result

Description

When triggering an Event there is no return from the trigger() method
Is there a way in which you can find the resulting Jobs created due to the trigger() and then monitor them for success / failure
It is possible now with March release to find dependent subscriptions of an Event object, but I can't find link between Job and Subscription or Event and Job

I used a sql query against Platform Analytics to find the subscribed jobs kicked off by a Trigger and their completion state (in my case, keep checking until all have a recorded PA tran_date of today then send an email when all are done).

The SQL:
