Add /about contributors command

This command would show active code contributors, im not sure what would be an interesting way to show this, but getting this done would be cool so that everyone is aware that this is a team effort.

I was thinking of hardcoding, but that would be a pain in the butt to maintain, so I suppose utilizing GitHub's API(e.g https://api.github.com/repos/microsoft-community/dotsimus/contributors would be better for this)

I feel like hardcoding it is still a better solution to show contributors fairly, since GitHub's API only seems to show contributors based on number of commits
