Description
The best and official way to build Teams apps is to use Teams Toolkit. Yet, this page about creating personal tabs mentions it as a reference to a different page.
If we are going to instruct developers on how to build tabs, should there just be one page? Rather than this one page with multiple pivots and a link to "we recommend you use this other page?" Why not just delete this page? Or at least merge it with the TTK instructions page?
