In Confluence you can use the following key bindings to create new rows/columns in tables:
CTRL + ALT + ↑
CTRL + ALT + ↓
CTRL + ALT + ←
CTRL + ALT + →
This makes editing tables really nice. I wish Milkdown would support these key bindings.
