I can fix this initially by adding support for Mavenizer to look in Maven local. It'll take slightly more time in order to teach Mavenizer about the project's declared repositories in a way that makes sense and doesn't break the existing cache that we use.

This is fixed in Mavenizer, but there are a couple of blocking bugs in ForgeGradle 7 that will need me to delay this fix. As I've mentioned on Discord, I'm working as fast as I reasonably can.

Fixed in #996. I will make a revised MDK later today. I've made a couple of breaking changes since the one I last posted on Discord.
