User experience overhaul

• Add hotkey to freeze game and access mouse
• Show hotkeys for every tool in the menu buttons name
• Improve hotkeys
• Add missing tools to toolbar
• Customize hotkeys
• Easier savestate/rerecord navigation
• Better tools for navigating around the map (such as freecam, gamemode switch)
