Who plans to be a First Adopter consumer of 🕐 Opening hours format (#328)?

• It’s a nice improvement for GBFS as it allows replacing 2 files (system_hours.json and system_calendar.json) with a single opening_hours field in system_information.json.
• Use the v3 feeds from Check (NL), Flamingo (NZ) and TIER (FR) as they produce the new opening_hours field.
• ⚠️ If no consumer volunteers to implement this change, it will unfortunately be delayed to the next major Release Candidate.

Give @mark Smith your feedback on Mosey Parker! His iOS app allows finding a dock more easily while pedaling (but don't do it!) 🙈
