GBFS v3.1-RC is ready for implementation 🙌 This MINOR release proposes to add:

• The system geographic location in manifest.json (#520)
• The reservation price in system_pricing_plans.json (#457)

Join the First Adopters club by implementing a change. The changes remain in Release Candidate (RC) status until implemented by 1 producer and 1 consumer.

🇩🇪 A drop-off zone photographed by our colleague @ameliembd currently in Berlin, and a Fahrradstraße (or bike street) where the speed limit is 30 km/h. While the mayor of Berlin reduces bike lanes, significantly more people used bike share last year 💪
