Changing Default Location Moved ALL Downloads

Describe the bug
When changing the Settings>Path from "Default" to another location, everything in the original Default location was moved to the new location. In this case, I changed the Default "Downloads" to "username/MacBox" and ALL of my files in Downloads were moved to the MacBox folder.

To Reproduce
Launch MacBox
MacBox>Settings...
Change "Default Location" to "Custom"
Select New Location
All files in the Default Location (not just MacBox files) were moved to New Location

Expected behavior
Only the MacBox files should be moved to a Custom location OR
User should be prompted/given explanation as to the consequences of choosing a custom location.
