Hi all,
I am a relatively new user to suite2p. I have it up and running and I use the Cellpose cyto2 model to segment/extract gCaMP signals expressed in a Hela cells.

Is it possible to extract the total number of Calcium oscillation from a single 2D + T dataset post analysis? I was not sure how to get to this metric, Any advise would be appreciated!
