`Recent uploads` is not correct

The recent uploads on https://packages.mudlet.org isn't correct - the uploaded timestamp for packages in the json file isn't populating right.

It seems that the uploaded timestamps in the .json file are correct - the problem is that the live website (as of time of writing) is only capable of sorting the packages alphabetically via the mpackage field.

Therefore, to address this issue, one would need to update the function responsible for sorting packages to make it possible to sort them by the uploaded value.
