Add a way to link to a package in the website

It's not possible to link to a specific package in the packages website - would be nice if there was a way to do this.

Simplest solution I can think of would be to add an id={"pkg-${pkg.mpackage}"} attribute to the divs containing each package (prefix is there to prevent accidental id collisions with the rest of the site). This will allow specific packages to be linked via an anchor link - for example, linking to your find-alias package via https://packages.mudlet.org/packages#pkg-find-alias.

It shouldn't be too difficult to then add a share link/permalink link to the package info, via <a href={"#pkg-${pkg.mpackage}"}>permalink</a>

Granted, may need to sanitize the package name first to make it URL-safe (in case the mpackage field contains spaces or html entity characters or something like that, which could cause problems for the package permalink). I'm guessing this is doable via encodeURIComponent(), although I'm not too familiar with how this sort of thing tends to be done in production.

Still, I think this is feasible, might see if I can bodge something together.
