[BUG] App crashes immediately upon opening on windows 11

Describe the bug

Trying to install an app called guanxe , when i try to open it it crashes immeadiately, not sure why.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Download the app from this link
2. Install and Open (crashes immediately)

The app should open
