Marketplace API README

The Marketplace API section of the README instructs you to run the load_skill_display_data.py script, however this script will error out if the DB_NAME environmental variable is not set to mycroft (or the appropriate database name). The README does not instruct the user to set this variable, and it is in no way obvious that you should have.
