I'd like to avoid having to rely on the UI to update Mission Model or Scheduling Goals. I know there are GraphQL endpoints to update models/goals. These endpoints appear to require an "uploaded file id". Can we get an Upload API that allows us to perform automated updates? Something that could perhaps be used in a CI/CD system?
