Describe the sustaining activity

• Open MCT for Mission Control Web Systems at parity with latest version of Open MCT core
• Investigate removing dependency on Open MCT source from OMM

Expected behavior

• Open MCT for MCWS plugin will work with latest Open MCT core

Testing Instructions

1. Open MCT for MCWS works with Open MCT core seamlessly
2. Any tables (Channel, EVR, etc) work as expected
3. Overall Regression
