Feature request: collection of obs_seq.out for model tests #966

Use case
What are you trying to accomplish? Sometimes there may already be a way to do what you need.
Several model directories have obs_seq.out with one or a few observations that were used to test model_interpolate.
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Possibly better to have a set of known obs_seq.out for various tests of models.

Describe any alternatives you have considered
The alternative is to continue adding (temporary or added to repo) obs_seq.out when people do model tests / add new models.
