Coupled Testcase Data geog_high_res_mandatory.tar.gz Is Broken

ISSUE

Working through the Front Range Testcase and setting the geog directory to the WPS geographic data provided in http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/src/wps_files/geog_high_res_mandatory.tar.gz leads to the following error:

$ ./geogrid.exe

ERROR: Could not open geog/landuse_30s/index

NOTE: setting the geog directory to the one provided on Derecho will fix the issue: geog_data_path = '/glade/work/wrfhelp/WPS_GEOG/',
