During the upgrade process from 3.1.0 to 3.0.0, Metacat admin page says the solr schema file needs update. Actually there are no changes and the message shouldn't show up.

I tested it and found it is an edge case for developers - We drop the entire database but doesn't delete the Solr instance. This is very rare in the real cases.
