"Display my jobs only item" missing checkbox with update for JupyterLab 4 compatibility

The "Display my jobs only item" is missing its checkbox - the flow of clicking the button and then clicking the "Update Queue" button does work to toggle that option on and off, but there's no visual difference with clicking the button so it's hard to tell the state.
