Add additional necessary software packages to jupyter container #7

See the jupyter docker stack documentation for a list of the preinstalled packages: https://jupyter-docker-stacks.readthedocs.io/en/latest/using/selecting.html#jupyter-datascience-notebook. The task list below should identify applications or packages necessary beyond this list.
From a compartmentalization standpoint, we should segregated analysis scripts to be in the jupyter container, where as pre-processing and case run scripts should be in the elm-fates container (see #6).
