Better internal tooling for local development #69
Description
Things like pulling from the registry locally are not currently possible in an automated way, which can be annoying for testing changes in some functions of the cluster. After #51, we should automate this for everyone with the role "niployments" probably.
"Partial" local cluster deployment to save resources
Probably some small annoyances can be automated this way, but I'm not currently remembering all of them.
