Increase modularity of code

We should change the way the code is structured in order to make this usable to other projects mainly the database from the backend

Suggested changes:

• Allow custom schema definition
• Allow the code to be packaged so we can use in other projects such as the tts-be repository
• The uporto-schedule-scrapper can contain the scrapper package and then what does the current behaviour remains outside of the package
