Fetch route objects from IRR

Hey!

It would be convenient to fetch routes to be monitored from an IRR instead of specifying them manually when we want to monitor all routes from a given AS.

I would also find that useful as a source of information (+RPKI ROAs) instead of having to specify the ASN for every monitored prefix.
