The links in project_setup.md to https://guide.esciencecenter.nl/ have changed.

Example:
https://guide.esciencecenter.nl/#/best_practices/releases in the project_setup.md should point to
https://guide.esciencecenter.nl/#/best_practices?id=releases instead

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install copier
2. run copier copy ...
3. Follow links in project_setup.md

Error Message

404

File not found

Expected behavior

Links should not be stale
