Creating IC's using UFS UTILS on Orion platforms

I saw to create IC's for cold starts I need to use the ufs utils tool. I use Orion, which is unsupported, but I would like to know if I can customize the workflow to convert downloaded data from public archives for my use.

@mkbenneh You can absolutely customize the workflow to convert downloaded data from public archives. The ufs-utils tool gdas_init will need to be modified for Orion appropriately. Once ICs are created, they should be ready for ingest into the global-workflow.
