What new functionality do you need?

We need the updates to Rocoto with the dryrun feature to be fully tested by rolling into the CI/CD pipeline to build confidence with its autoreactive authors for approval.

Acceptance Criteria

• Using a local build of Rocoto on all the role accounts running the CI/CD pipelines to test its modifications in moc production environment.
