What is wrong?

As described in NOAA-PSL/build_gsinfo-fix#6, ABI G19 is missing from the obs_input list. Once the submodules of build_gsinfo, GSI-fix, and GSI are updated, the global-workflow needs to be updated for the new GSI hash.

What should have happened?

ABI G19 should be assimilated in the GFSv17 real time parallel.

Steps to reproduce

• Cycle using a date more current than 2025081312.
• Examine the gsistat file. No abi_g19 will be present.
