UDA cmip6 catalog empty

Previous runs successfully generated the UDA CMIP6 catalog, but the run results in empty catalog today. User error or technical error?

UDA CMIP6 can be run with the sample config in the repository. csv is not empty anymore, but not sure how it worked a month ago, and if I missed committing something.
The issue was that files were skipped because it assumed dot separated file name and so while comparing the output file template, it failed. With the current fix, that works, including some other changes to column names to be consistent with pangeo, as always intended.
TODO/Caveat- If GFDL variable names have an underscore, I doubt it will work as expected.

updates are in, to be tested further. If esnb works with this catalog, we have to make the catalog discoverable in the UDA.

/archive/uda/catalogs/ (but hopefully we don't wait to retrieve from tape)
Alternatively within each project directory, but the above might be more useful to explore data without having to go into project directories. @meteorologist15 @ceblanton
