Launch SST MAR notebook from frepp through MDTF

where the driver script ensures

• catalogs are generated
• MDTF is launched and SST notebooks are run (from the mdtf managed environment)
• SST notebooks run to completion, producing html page with valid links

@wrongkindofdoctor Do we need the following for running mar SST notebook? How would pod_config.json look like if we want to run mar?

Or, do you think the template_config.json just needs to say
