• Demonstrate MAR notebooks from MDTF for CM5DT

  The MAR notebooks are crucial to accelerate CM5 development efforts. Following the prototype and proof-of-concept for launching a Jupyter notebook based POD from the MDTF, the current milestone entails the following to support the development of the CM5DT: GOAL: Launch a MAR notebook from the MDTF through frepp legacy mode (in Canopy) with documentation, encompassing the end-to-end steps (for a new analysis user). Given PP output path and the experiment name, start yr, end yr within a MAR notebook, construct additional input specifications (catalog, config, data, dictionary, etc) necessary to ensure the notebook is launched by the MDTF (in some form) to generate the final HTML page, with links to the rendered notebook and the figures/products.
