Update Troubleshoot Common Errors with hyperlink issues

• Add "Do" on using "See also: Scroll up and down to see other functions with the same name" for functions that are likely to change, rather than risking errors due to changing arguments lists
  Add Nebulous compile error to TroubleShoot Common Errors when adding new arg:
• Documentation fails when adding a new arg to a function signature, which is explicitly hyperlinked by signature somewhere else.
  
• Adding kwargs shouldn't cause problems
