I was wondering whether simulating multiple contaminants, rather than a single generic one, is something that might be considered for EnergyPlus in the near future.
I currently use CONTAM for this purpose, but I understand that it would be more efficient to have everything integrated within EnergyPlus. To address this, I have developed Python-based EMS scripts that enable full multiple contaminant simulation. I plan to validate and publish these scripts in the next few months, with the goal of making them user friendly and accessible to others.
Do you think I should continue relying on these 'alternative' approaches, or would it be better to wait for official EnergyPlus support for this feature, if it is already under consideration?

All the best,
