Issue overview

#10791 added validation for variable speed coil and AFN, but SetDXCoilAirLoopNumber which is used for the validation only works with DXCoils so a warning message is posted when AFN models include variable speed coil saying that the coil could not be found: ** Severe ** SetDXCoilAirLoopNumber: Could not find Coil "Name="DX COOLING COIL_UNIT1".
