Issue overview

Attached is a 23.1 IDF with Coil:Cooling:DX:VariableSpeed and Coil:Heating:DX:VariableSpeed objects. Both coils define Speed 2 Energy Input Ratio Function of Temperature Curve Name and Speed 2 Energy Input Ratio Function of Air Flow Fraction Curve Name. After upgrading to 25.2, these EIR functions are missing from the Coil:Heating:DX:VariableSpeed object. The intermediate files show that these EIR functions are also missing for all versions in between, but they first went missing after the upgrade to 23.2. The Coil:Cooling:DX:VariableSpeed EIR functions were upgraded correctly.
